I'm really excited guys- I have been working with a group of people that need to be a team, but just aren't. Lately, I have been focusing on working on each person's strengths - and to my surprise, they are all working together better! Its not just that each person is getting some individual attention, the management is starting to pay attention to each department as a whole AND each "key" crew member individually.
I am seeing sparks of excitement and real energy behind the work that is coming out of each person. Not that we haven't all heard it before- listen and spend time with people... but it is ACTUALLY HAPPENING!!!!
I am so into teamwork. I know that a better team does better work as a whole. A group of people that works together well is more productive and happier. What manager doesn't want that?!?
