I've been tired lately. I mean really tired. I am working a lot - and excited about what I've been able to accomplish. But, I feel like I haven't been taking enough time for me. I haven't been posting a blog as often as I would like, or seeing my family as much as I would like.
I have a beautiful daughter - that has her own life, yes, but who I love hanging out with! She is who I go to the movies with. She is who I stay up late to talk with. I love listening to what she wants to do, and her life plans, and even what she is struggling with right now.
UGH! You know, this isn't just a struggle for "working moms" this is a struggle for all business owners- men and women. All of us feel like this at one time or another. I know I'm not the only one. But that doesn't change right now. Does it?!?
B-R-E-A-T-H-E. So, I'm working on my breathing. I'm meditating, and thankful that I am generally a positive thinker. I know I'll get through this. And will probably come out better
for it.
I will continue my daily rituals of meditation, exercise and doing my best to eat right. I will stay positive. I will continue to set goals and stay positive. And, motivate my team to continue to reach our goals.
The rituals are what keep me going. What keeps you going?
