Look - Spring is still coming! The world has not ended. Just our regular routines have. Its time to reflect on what has worked and what hasn't.
Its time to look at how your company operates and create the hierarchy chart, and job descriptions that actually get the work done- and exceed goals! Take a look at that business plan and adjust it as you need to. Remind yourself of why you started this business in the first place. Get back to that mission statement and be sure all of your processes are in line with it, and your team is on board.
Now is the time to build out your employee manual the way you wanted to- but were too busy with the day to day. Complete that training guide that is sure to hit all the marks you wished it had. Design the work flow so goals are being met - heck, re-think your goals!
Are they in line with your mission statement? Have you shared those goals with your crew? Are they too easily achievable, too far fetched? Make sure you are setting goals that stretch your team and get them excited about what they are doing. Challenge builds excitement and buy in!
