With the world going into isolation mode, we as business owners must go into brainstorming mode! There are so many unknowns out there today, sometimes we don't want to keep going. But we have a responsibility to our crew, our customers and ourselves.
Several ideas for you to brainstorm:
*What can we do to stay on top of our customer's minds
*Is it possible to remain open in some way? perhaps on-line sales, delivery, pick-up
*How can I be of service to my crew? direct them to resources available to them, keep them informed of what is going on with the business, maintain contact
*During this down time, what processes can I improve upon to make my business stronger when we re-open?
Remember, this will end. We must remain focused on that- and our company's success.
